The Danish Mental Health Fund (in Danish: PsykiatriFonden) is a private held humanitarian organization/fund (NGO).

PsykiatriFonden’s mission is to provide information to the public on mental health issues: Mental illnesses, disorders and problems, their causes, prevention and treatment.

PsykiatriFonden informs by seminars and arrangements, the quarterly journal ‘Psykiatri-Information’, books from PsykiatriFonden’s publishing house, tuition in primary schools nationwide, specialised professional aid to individuals suffering from depression on their way back to a normal worklife, consultancy services for companies both public and private held and more. 

PsykiatriFonden offer professional telephone advice 12 hours a day, all days a year.

PsykiatriFonden was founded in 1996 and have 63 employees and 70 volunteers.

HRH Crown Princess Mary is Protector of PsykiatriFonden.
